"Amalgamation of a Midnight's Pass" in process part 2

Well, I have decided how to approach the inner workings of the pocket watch case. There is a small space inside of the case that would hold the guts of the watch, that space will be perfect to wedge a bezel type setting for this beautiful sliver of blue glass. I have shaped it to follow the contour of the case. I will later drill holes I the small piece of glass and create a setting for the glass to look like the night sky...the nail biter!

Here is a piece that I have been working on for the past month with some elements that I have had for the past 5 years. The idea is to have it swing in the negative space of the spur. The inside of the pocket watch ( I paid two dollors for), has yet to be figured out. I want to create space but I do not want to use any type of resin... Back to work!

More will be next week
